Significant thunderstorm hit the area overnight. Everything went down (gracefully ? doubt it). Take them up again.
To be on the safe side, do an xfs_check on the disks: looks good.

CHARMM toppar_c35b2_c36a2 installed (this is a version that includes the CMAP correction).
