Alarm (shutting-down) temperature set to 55 degrees C (average over all alive cores). Script placed in /etc/cron.hourly (which is probably not fast enough).

New terminal installed. New 10/100 switch added. False alarm with dcd files appearing corrupted. Try to start a serious namd job and watch temperatures.
